UEFA: electoral process launched (president, ExCo, FIFA Council) for 22 April 2027 congress in Astana

UEFA has launched the electoral process for the 51st UEFA ordinary congress, to be held in Astana (Kazakhstan) on 22 April 2027. The congress will elect the UEFA president, eight members of the UEFA Executive Committee (including at least one woman) and four European members of the FIFA Council (three FIFA vice-presidents and one ordinary member), all for four-year terms. The process was set out in a letter sent to member associations by UEFA general secretary Theodore Theodoridis on 5 October 2026 and seen by News Tank.
