Chelsea FC: GAC (car manufacturer) becomes official partner after supporting 2026 pre-season tour in Asia

GAC (Guangzhou Automobile Group), a Chinese car manufacturer, has become an official partner of Chelsea FC (Premier League) from the 2026-27 season onwards, the club announced on 8 October 2026.

The Chinese group was notably a partner of Chelsea FC's 2026 pre-season tour in Hong Kong and Malaysia. "This new chapter together will see vehicles from GAC’s AION range escorting the men’s team to Stamford Bridge on selected matchdays. We will also collaborate on digital storytelling, fan experiences and engagement including car displays, providing opportunities for the Chelsea family to discover GAC and its vehicles," the club said.

Among the European Top 5 leagues, GAC is also the sleeve sponsor of Villarreal CF (LALIGA EA Sports) for the 2026-2028 cycle (two seasons), following an agreement…
