LALIGA: Miguel Ángel Gil (Atlético de Madrid) and Ion Ander Ulazia (SD Eibar) reappointed vice-presidents

Miguel Ángel Gil Marín, CEO of Club Atlético de Madrid (LALIGA EA Sports), and Ion Ander Ulazia, board member of SD Eibar (LALIGA Hypermotion), have been appointed first and second vice-presidents of LALIGA respectively, the Spanish league announced on 16 October 2026.

The two executives were the only candidates for the positions, which they already held during the previous term (2024-2026), and were therefore appointed without the need for a vote.

The six top-flight clubs that will sit on the Delegate Committee for the 2026-2028 term are Sevilla FC, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF, Real Betis Balompié, Deportivo Alavés and Villarreal CF.
