FC Barcelona / Camp Nou: second €105m bond issue fully subscribed "in less than 24 hours"

FC Barcelona (LALIGA EA Sports) announced "another successful note issue to the total of €105m, which mature in October 2036," on 23 October 2026.

This transaction follows a first issue of €105m, also with 10-year bonds, carried out in July 2026 (with a fixed interest rate of 5.14%). These two issues, approved by the annual general meeting of the socios on 19 September 2026, are intended to cover the financial impact of the delay to the renovation and extension project of the Spotify Camp Nou (to 105,000 seats), among other purposes. An additional €300m in funding, earmarked for the cost overrun associated with the completion of the works, is also planned.
