• The Fédération Française de Football (FFF) will bid to host the 2027 UEFA Nations League Finals, subject to France qualifying, Philippe Diallo, president of the FFF, said in an interview with French regional daily Ouest-France. The Groupama Stadium and the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard could host the matches. The European governing body will announce its decision on 6 December 2026.

• FC Barcelona (LALIGA EA Sports) has set a new match ticketing revenue record with €19.1m generated at the Spotify Camp Nou for the league fixture against Real Madrid CF (LALIGA EA Sports) on 25 October 2026.
