LFP: call for tenders launched for 2027-2032 Ligue 1 McDonald's media rights, deadline on 3 December 2026

The Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) has launched a call for tenders for the domestic broadcasting rights to all Ligue 1 matches for the 2027-2032 period (five seasons), on Tuesday 3 November 2026. The consultation is open until 3 December 2026.

These audiovisual rights will be marketed as a single lot, an option provided by the law of 3 August 2026 on the organisation, management and financing of professional sport, which will be offered in two possible configurations: the acquisition of the broadcasting rights to all Ligue 1 matches, or the exclusive distribution of the Ligue 1+ platform. In both cases, the rights holder will be allowed to sub-license, according to French daily L’Équipe.
