Liga BBVA: German brand Puma replaces the Danish brand Hummel as kit supplier to SD Eibar in 2015-16

The German sports equipment brand Puma will replace Hummel as the official equipment supplier of SD Eibar (Liga BBVA), announced the club on 02/07/2015. The duration of this multi-year contract was not specified.

The Danish brand Hummel was signed in July 2014 to a three-year contract that included a clause allowing SD Eibar break the arrangement at the end of each season. The club did not want to continue with Hummel, partly because of supply problems.

The club will present its new kits in the coming days. Puma will also design a special kit for the 75^th anniversary of the Basque club. Eibar will be the only club in Liga BBVA under contract with Puma in 2015-16. The brand has not extended its partnership with RCD Espanyol, who are now linked to the Spanish brand Joma (2015-16 to 2017-18).
