Financial Fair Play: "We are pleased with this fair and constructive decision" (Nasser Al Khelaïfi)

"After spending so much time on this issue, we are pleased with this fair and constructive decision that will allow the club to resume its development," stated Nasser Al Khelaïfi, the president of Paris Saint-Germain ( Ligue 1) on 03/07/2015.

The Investigatory Chamber of the CFCB of UEFA, responsible for verifying the application of the rules of Financial Fair Play, has decided to lift, from 2015-16, major sanctions imposed on Paris Saint-Germain. An official statement from the club was to be issued on 03/07/2015.

"However, we are mindful that the settlement signed last year with UEFA is still applicable. Our club has, among other objectives, to break even in 2015-16," added Nasser Al Khelaïfi.
