Germany - England (0-1 a.e.t.), the 3rd place match of the 2015 Women's World Cup, played at the Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton, allowed the German public broadcaster ARD to draw 5.39 million viewers on average during game, which kicked off at 22:00 CET on Saturday 04/07/2015.

This score represents a 30.1% audience share on all German television, and allowed ARD to achieve the best performance in the German TV market for the entire day of Saturday 04/07/2015.

In the UK (kickoff at 21:00 GMT), the game was broadcast by the public channel BBC Three, which drew 1.44 million viewers from 21: 30 pm CET until the end of the programme. This represented an audience share of 8.5%.
