Serie A: Kappa is the kit supplier to US Sassuolo Calcio for six years (2015-16 to 2020-21)

The Italian brand Kappa has become the supplier of the US Sassuolo Calcio (Serie A TIM) for six years (2015-16 to 2020-21), the club announced on 03/07/2015.

Kappa replaces Italian brand Sportika, who was under contract with the club, in the province of Modena, for eight seasons. Kappa equipped two Serie A clubs during the 2015-16 season: Torino FC and SSC Napoli, with the latter connected to the brand until 2019-20 for an estimated total of €40m, or €8m per year.

The US Sassuolo Calcio generated €17.52m in commercial revenues for the 2013 year (accounts closed on 31/12/2013). The club enjoys the strong support of the Mapei Group, the owner of the club, the stadium and also the shirt sponsor of the team for an estimated annual amount of €11m.
