Euro 2016: 11,264,142 tickets requested from 10/06 to 10/07/2015 (one million places available)

11,264,142 tickets were requested for the 51 matches of Euro 2016 during the only public ticket sales phase, held from 10/06 to 10/07/2015, indicated the EURO 2016 SAS, the company organising the event on 10/07/2015.

"The demand for tickets came from 209 countries, with 41% of this from France (14% in Germany and 14% also from England). The three most requested games:

• The Euro 2016 Final on 10/07/2016: 1.2 million applications;
• The Euro 2016 opening match on 10/06/2016: 650,000 applications;
• The quarter-final match on 03/07/2016: 550 000 applications.

These three matches will all be held at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis (Greater Paris).

Six million requests for tickets in the fourth (cheapest) category

• For the 10 host cities, the demand far exceeds the number of places available with a demand / supply ratio that ranges from 7/1 to 15/1.
• 15,964 tickets were requested by spectators with disabilities.
