Ligue 1: Künkel SAS (sawmill) becomes chest sponsor of SM Caen until 2017-18

Künkel SAS, a sawmill specialised in the manufacture and sale of pallets, has become the shirt upper chest sponsor of SM Caen (Ligue 1) until 2017-18, announced the club on 13/07/2015. The company has been linked to the club since 2009 and decided to strengthen its partnership.

Künkel replaces the mobile video application Vizzy on this area of the shirt of the Normandy (Northern France) club. The company will also receive visibility on the LED advertising boards and seats in matches at the Stade Michel d'Ornano (21,000 seats).

"We are pursuing three goals: retaining our customers, whilst interacting with them in a friendly but professional manner, gaining a profile on a national level and enabling our employees to work in a well-known and recognised business," explained Christophe Künkel, the president of the company.
