Belgium: Proximus TV to distribute two premium Eleven Sports Network channels

The pay-TV group Proximus TV (formerly Belgacom TV) added the channels Eleven and Eleven Sports to its "11+" offer without increasing its price on 16/07/2015. The new pay-TV group Eleven Sports Network, which belongs to the British company "The Channels Co Ltd", announced its upcoming launch in Belgium on 06/07/2015.

The channel Proximus 11+ offers all the Champions League matches (including a multiplex) in French-speaking Belgium, as well as Liga NOS matches, for €9.95 per month (the group has not yet made an announcement on the extension of its rights to the Liga BBVA and the Copa del Rey).

•The Eleven channel will broadcast the Serie A TIM, Ligue 1, the Ladbrokes Premiership, the Emirates FA Cup and the Chevrolet Brasileirão Serie A in Belgium from 02/08/2015.
• Eleven Sports, which starts broadcasting on 22/08/2015, will also broadcast sports other than football.

• The pay-TV group BeTV had the audiovisual rights to Ligue 1 and the Serie A TIM in 2014-15 in French-speaking Belgium.
