UK: BT Sport Ultra HD, "the first 4K channel in Europe", available for £15 per month

The British telecommunications group BT launched the package "BT Ultra HD TV", which gives access to the new channel BT Sport Ultra HD, on 17/07/2015. "The first 4K channel in Europe", as already announced by BT, on 09/06/2015, is sold in the "Entertainment Ultra HD" offer, accessible to BT Internet subscribers for £15 (€21.50 on 20/07/2015) on top of their internet subscription per month.

Besides BT Sport Ultra HD, the offer gives access to 47 other premium channels, including 13 in high-definition. It is also accompanied by a reduction of up to £500 (€718) for the purchase of a 4K UHD television set from the brand LG. "BT Sport Ultra HD" begins broadcasting on 02/08/2015 with the 2015 Community Shield at Wembley, which pits Chelsea FC, the Premier League title holders, against Arsenal FC, who won the FA Cup in 2014-15.
