The British transport and logistics company DPD has extended its partnership with Stoke City FC (Barclays Premier League) until the end of the 2016-17 season, announced the club on 23/07/2015.

The club has stated that the annual amount paid by DPD has been doubled. The company has extended its partnership with Stoke City, hoping too place a sorting centre in the region (south of Manchester) of a surface area equivalent to "19 football pitches, the largest of its kind in Europe." As a platinum partner, DPD now has visibility on the various advertising boards and in the media communications of the northern English club. The club generated £7.7m (€10.9m) in sponsorship revenue during the 2013-14 season.
