Spain: 2015-16 Liga BBVA and Copa del Rey match summaries awarded to the public group RTVE

The Spanish Professional Football League awarded the domestic broadcasting rights for match summaries to the 2015-16 Liga BBVA and Copa del Rey to the public broadcaster RTVE, on 29/07/2015.

The floor price (undisclosed) for Lot 3 of the call for tenders launched by the LaLiga on 17/07/2015 has been reached, according to the league, and the offer made by RTVE received a weighted score of 80.69, beating those of audiovisual groups Atresmedia (64.79), Mediaset España (57.26) and Forta (43.45).

LaLiga valued this lot at €40m per season, according to the US economic media outlet Bloomberg on 18/02/2014.
