Germany: Tag Heuer becomes the official timekeeper of the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga

The Swiss watchmaker Tag Heuer has become the official timekeeper of the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga for three seasons (2015-16 to 2017-18), announced the brand on 01/08/2015. The agreement was presented at the German Super Cup, VfL Wolfsburg - FC Bayern Munich (1-1, 5-4 on penalties), on 01/08/2015.

Tag Heuer receives visibility on the advertising board and the giant screens for the matches of the two leagues, as well as visibility in advertisements during TV broadcasts. "Together Tag Heuer and the Bundesliga will create a new universe, a first in the world of sports, a creative partnership integrating digital media never before used," announced Tag Heuer. The brand of the LVMH group should use the platform offered by both championships to communicate its future models, due out in the coming months. The Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid CF) has been a Tag Heuer ambassador since April 2014.
