Liga BBVA: promoted club Real Betis Balompié already have 40,000 season ticket holders for 2015-16

Real Betis Balompié (Liga BBVA) have exceeded 40,000 season ticket holders for the 2015-16 campaign, the club announced on 03/08/2015. This was the target figure set by the club at the start of their season ticket sales campaign, and is a new record for Real Betis, who play at the Estadio Benito Villamarín (52,500 seats) in Sevilla (ESP).

Real Betis had 37,000 season ticket holders during the 2014-15 season, during which the club won the Liga Adelante and were promoted to Liga BBVA for the 2015-16 season. With 37,000 season tickets sold, the club had the highest number for Liga Adelante and were seventh in the list of all Spanish clubs in season ticket holders in 2014-15.

Despite their promotion to the Liga BBVA, Real Betis has maintained the same price rates in 2015-16 for persons who were season ticket holders in 2014-15. The rates for new fans (full price) are between €245 and €765, or about 20% higher for all categories.
