MP & Silva: A. Radrizzani sells a portion of his shares to R. Silva, wants to focus on Eleven Sports

Andrea Radrizzani, co-founder and a major shareholder of the British media rights and marketing agency MP & Silva, sold part of his shares to Riccardo Silva, the other co-founder and principal shareholder of the agency, on 04/08/2015.

The exact share of the MP & Silva capital transferred by Andrea Radrizzani to Riccardo Silva was not disclosed, but the latter, co-president of the agency founded in 2004, is now the majority shareholder. Andrea Radrizzani remains a shareholder (through his holding of investments) and a member of the board, "without being involved in management and operations" of the agency.

Andrea Radrizzani is a co-shareholder of the British company The Channels Co Ltd, founded in January 2015, which owns the new group of premium sports channels Eleven Sports Network, on which the Italian leader "is focusing his activity and resources", stated MP & Silva. Eleven Sports Network partnered with MP & Silva for its launch in Belgium, Poland and Malaysia, which took place in August 2015.
