"There are two main avenues of reform work here. One is FIFA, the other is Qatar and kafala. The two are intertwined. You can't reform kafala without FIFA reform and leveraging the World Cup," stated Jaimie Fuller, the chairman of the sportswear brand SKINS and one of the co-founders of the New FIFA Now organisation campaigning for profound change at the international federation, to News Tank Football on 11/09/2015.

"We can continue to push our FIFA independent reform programme. But we also need to go to the Qataris and say, 'We now have a consortium of government, business, sponsors and the public who are horrified at the labour abuses that are going on. We'll be calling for everything to be done to take the World Cup away," added Fuller, who compares this process for the independent reform of FIFA to his earlier work in reforming the UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale, the world professional cycling body).
