Liga BBVA: SportsMax Digicel acquires TV rights for 2015-2020 in 28 Caribbean territories

The telecommunications group Digicel has acquired, via the Spanish group Mediapro, the exclusive broadcast rights to the Liga BBVA to 28 Caribbean countries and territories over the 2015-2020 period, on 03/08/2015. The rights are valid for all distribution platforms.

The pay channels and Digicel SportsMax and Digicel SportsMax2 will broadcast, live, all the matches of the Liga BBVA each season, as well as a magazine devoted to the Spanish first division on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Digicel SportsMax also holds the Barclays Premier League broadcasting rights (2015-16) and the Champions League (2015 to 2018) in the Caribbean.
