Spain: Antena 3 draws 5.7 million viewers during extra time of the European Super Cup

FC Barcelona - Sevilla FC (5-4 a.e.t.), the 2015 edition of the European Super Cup played in the Arena Boris Paichadze Dinamo Tbilisi (GEO), allowed the Spanish free-TV channel Antena 3 (Atresmedia group) to draw 5.673 million viewers on average during the extra time of the match, which was around 22:40 CET on Tuesday 11/08/2015.

This mark represents a 39.5% audience share, and enabled Antena 3 to achieve the best performance in the Spanish television market for the entire day on Tuesday 11/08/2015. Antena 3 also had the second best audience mark of the day with the broadcast of regulation time of the match (from 20:45 CET), which drew an average of 3.906 million viewers, for a 33.7% audience share.

The 2015 European Super Cup registered a peak audience at 6.509 million viewers (audience share: 44.6%) at 23:09 CET. For all of prime time on 11/08/2015 (20:30 to 24:00), Antena 3 was the leading channel in Spain, with an average audience share of 31.6%.
