FIFA: Gianni Infantino and Alasdair Bell are the European members on the Reform Committee

The UEFA secretary general Gianni Infantino (SUI) and the UEFA director of legal affairs Alasdair Bell (SCO) are the two members appointed by the European confederation to on the 2016 FIFA Reform Committee, whose composition was unveiled by FIFA on 11/08/2015.

This committee is responsible for developing a series of reform proposals that will be presented at the forthcoming extraordinary Congress of FIFA in Zurich (SUI) on 26/02/2016, in which the successor to Joseph Blatter for the presidency of the international federation will also be elected.

The committee is composed of 15 members, including 12 from the member confederations of FIFA (two persons from UEFA, two from the AFC, two from CONCACAF, two from the CAF, two from CONMEBOL, two from the OFC and the independent chairman François Carrard. These thirteen members were announced on 11/08/2015. FIFA also announced that two additional members appointed by FIFA's commercial partners would be announced "soon".
