The British company Perform Group, specialising in the production and distribution of sports content on digital platforms, and Early Warning System GmbH, a subsidiary of FIFA in charge of the surveillance of sports betting markets and operation of the EWS, established a partnership on 19/08/2015.

This partnership aims to "enhance the integrity of football events". The deal includes the integration of player performance data (live and archived) of the Opta brand (Perform Group ownership) with the EWS in order to "optimise the detection and analysis of suspicious activities in sports betting, which can be an indicator for match manipulation at football matches, including FIFA competitions," said the two companies.

The partnership also includes an exchange of information in order "to continue to develop the integrity services of both parties", announced Perform Group and Early Warning System GmbH.
