Bundesliga: the nine games of Matchday 2 draw 3.6 million subscribers on Sky channels

The nine games of Matchday 2 of the 2015-16 Bundesliga, played from 21 to 23/08/2015, drew at least 3.625 million subscribers on average on the German pay-TV network Sky Bundesliga, according to data from two German institutes of audience measurement, AGF and GfK.

The best audience of the weekend was attributed to the match between TSV 1899 Hoffenheim - FC Bayern Munich (1-2), which drew 880,000 subscribers on average on Sky Bundesliga 1 on Saturday 22/08/2015 at 15:30 CET. The lowest audience was for the match between 1. FC Köln - VfL Wolfsburg (1-1), watched by 40,000 subscribers on average on Sky Bundesliga 6 on Saturday 22/08/2015 at 15:30 CET.

Audience figures for two of the matches of the weekend have not been disclosed: Eintracht Frankfurt - FC Augsburg (1-1) and Hannover 96 - Bayer 04 Leverkusen (0-1), both played on Saturday 22/08/2015 at 15:30 CET.
