Bundesliga: Bayern Munich reach the milestone of 4,000 fan clubs worldwide (309,425 members)

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) now have 4,000 fan clubs worldwide, announced the club on 17/08/2015. The "#rotwienie Oberopfingen" based in Kirchdorf (Baden-Württemberg, southwestern Germany, 90 kilometers from Munich), which has 95 members, was the 4,000^th fan club to be officially recognised by Bayern.

"With this latest addition, FC Bayern become one of the most popular football clubs in the world, with a combined 4,000 official fan clubs comprised of 309,425 fan club members worldwide," said the German club.

FC Bayern Munich have a space dedicated to their fan clubs on its website, where all of its fan clubs in the world are listed, and sorted by country. Also shown are the benefits available to members of these fan clubs and the steps to take in order to create a new fan club.
