Champions League: UEFA presents new visual identity for the 2015-2018 cycle

UEFA presented their new visual identity for the 2015-2018 cycle of the Champions League, as well as the "Champions becoming Legends" concept that inspired it, in Monaco on 27/08/2015, ahead of the draw for the group stage of the 2015-16 competition (at 17:45 CET).

"As part of the brand's visual identity, the new 'Ultimate Stage' stadium provides a worthy setting that showcases both today's champions and the legends that previously excelled in the UEFA Champions League. Whereas the visual identity has been refreshed for the new cycle, the classic UEFA Champions League logo, the prestigious trophy and the inspiring music that form the foundation of the brand remain unchanged," stated UEFA.

  • The visual identity was created in partnership with TEAM Marketing AG, the marketing and media rights agency of UEFA (for its club competitions) and the London creative agency Radiant Studio.
