2015-16 Europa League: 48 clubs in the group stage will share €381m distributed by UEFA

€381m will be distributed to the 48 clubs involved in the group stage of the 2015-16 Europa League, the draw for this stage was made in Monaco on 28/08/2015. This annual amount of distributed monies is valid for the 2015-2018 cycle, and this is 64% higher than the 2012-2015 period (€232.3m per season), under the terms of the agreement signed between UEFA and the ECA on 31/03/2015.

As with the 2012-2015 cycle, the amounts will be distributed as follows:

• 60% in fixed amounts (€228.6m)
• 40% (€152.4m) in "market pool" amounts, distributed in proportion to the value of each TV market of the participants, and divided between those clubs of the same federation (see below).

Among the fixed amounts, €115.2m (50.4% of total) are distributed equally between the 48 clubs in the group stage. This equals €2.4m per club, or 84.6% more than in 2012-2015 (€1.3m per club). The remaining €113.4m in fixed amounts will be allocated according to the sporting results of each club in the competition (see below).
