MLS: Alcatel One Touch (mobile) becomes the smartphone and tablet partner of the Los Angeles Galaxy

Alcatel One Touch, the smartphones and tablets brand, has become an official partner of the Los Angeles Galaxy (MLS) and the StubHub Center (27,000 seats), the home stadium of the franchise, announced the two parties on 25/08/2015.

Alcatel One Touch will aim to improve the fan experience on game days and develop their social presence through its platforms. "This strategic partnership allows for us to utilise Alcatel One Touch as we drive social and digital engagement across multiple platforms," said Chris Klein, president of the Los Angeles Galaxy. The brand also acquired the image rights to the team's players from 2016, to use in their media and promotional campaigns.

"By continuing our MLS investment, we’re not only able to tap into one of the youngest and most socially engaged audiences in North American professional sports, but are also able to work with the LA Galaxy to directly engage with our local community," said Steve Cistulli, vice president and general manager of Alcatel One Touch in North America, on 25/08/2015.
