Premier League: the shoe brand Sbenu becomes a partner of Manchester United in South Korea

The shoe brand Sbenu has become a partner of Manchester United FC (Premier League) in South Korea, the club announced on 03/09/2015.

As part of this agreement, Sbenu have exclusivity to produce and distribute co-branded shoes in South Korea. The company, founded in 2013, has more than 100 stores in the country. In addition to this licensing partnership, Manchester United have three other sponsorship contracts in South Korea with the pharmaceutical company Cho-A Farm, the noodle brand Ottogi, and Eclat Media Group.

Sponsorship deals helped the Red Devils to generate £135.8m (€170.2m) in revenue in 2014, representing an increase of £44.9m (€56.3m), up 49.4% compared to 2013 (£90.9m, €114m).
