Spain: LaLiga unveil Capi, new mascot tasked with "disseminating the essential values of football"

LaLiga has unveiled, in partnership with the Italian manufacturer of collectible cards and stickers Panini, its new mascot called "Capi", on 21/09/2015.

"The objective of this mascot is to disseminate the five core values of football and LaLiga: effort, fair play, solidarity, respect and rejection of racism, which are the core values needed to be a good sport," said the Spanish League.

• The mascot was unveiled at the presentation of Panini's 2015-16 Liga BBVA player stickers, on 21/09/2015, attended by Lluís Torrent the CEO of Panini, Javier Tebas the president LaLiga, and the ambassador for the Spanish league, David Albelda.
