The Thai beer brand Singha has become a regional partner of Manchester City FC (Premier League) in Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar, the club announced on 29/09/2015. The multi-year agreement includes the development of the Singha mineral water brand. The club was partnered to the soda brand East Cola in Thailand during the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons.

The partnership will focus on youth-related programmes, said the club. The Thai group is entitled to Manchester City hospitality packages, digital rights, image rights for its local media campaigns and the possibility to set up activations in the three territories. Singha is also partner of Manchester United FC, Chelsea FC and Leicester City FC (Premier League) in 2015-16.

Manchester City are partnered with the beer brand Heineken in the United Kingdom and Hansa Pilsener in South Africa until 2016-17. The club generated £165.8m (€224m) of commercial income in 2013-14, an increase of 16% compared to the 2012-13 season (£143m; €193m).
