Facebook: rankings of the Top 5 European Leagues on 05/10/2015

Out of the five major European leagues, two of the clubs currently leading their respective championships (Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1 and Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga) also have the highest number of Facebook fans in their league, according to figures collected by News Tank Football on 05/10/2015.

Villarreal CF are currently leading the Liga BBVA (16 points after 7 Matchdays) but only have the ninth most Facebook fans with 587,000. ACF Fiorentina, the current leaders of the Serie A TIM (18 points after 7 Matchdays) are the sixth most followed club in Italy with 1.85 million fans.
