"€10m (per year) is the price that we consider just for our shirt space, for the benefits offered through the club and the rights granted. From there (€10m), we do not move because we believe that this amount is correct," stated Peter Draper, the marketing director of Valencia CF (Liga BBVA) on 06/10/2015.

Valencia CF have not had a main shirt sponsor since after the 2013-14 season. The club management is thought to have rejected, a few months ago, a proposal deemed insufficient Turkish Airlines. The Chinese manufacturer of solar panels Jinko Solar was displayed in the centre of the shirt of the club until June 2014. The annual budget of that deal was estimated at €3.5m, or about one-third of the amount required by the club now. The commercial revenues of Valencia CF amounted to €13.54m in the 2013-14 season.
