Major League Soccer: Fox Sports Latin America acquires broadcasting rights for 2015-2018

The pay-TV group Fox Sports Latin America has acquired MLS broadcasting rights for the 2015-2018 cycle, on 05/10/2015. The rights are valid for Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America (except Brazil).

In the countries covered by the agreement, Fox Sports Latin America will broadcast two regular season games every week exclusively, at least one game of the 34th and final matchday of the regular season ("Decision Day", on 25/10/2015 for the 2015 season), half of the games of the MLS play-offs and, every two years, the AT&T MLS All-Star Game and the MLS Cup, the play-off final of the North American championship.

In addition, Fox Sports Latin America will broadcast summaries of all matches and will offer news, stories and other MLS content on its digital platforms. In the countries covered by the agreement, MLS retains the ability to assign the rights to broadcast one game a week to a free-TV channel.
