Matchday 8 of the 2015-16 Premier League season attracted an average of 35,433 spectators per match on 03 and 04/10/2015. The average attendance of the championship is currently at 36,453 spectators per match after 80 matches played, for a fill rate of 96%, up very slightly in relation to the 2014-15 season (36,175).

The match between Arsenal FC - Manchester United FC (3-0) drew the best crowd of the weekend with 60,084 spectators at the Emirates Stadium. The match between newly promoted sides AFC Bournemouth - Watford FC (1-1) attracted the fewest spectators, with 11,187 people in the Vitality Stadium (11,700 seats), for a fill rate of 96%.
