Romania: French betting operator NetBet partners with Steaua Bucharest in 2015-16

The French betting operator NetBet has become an official partner of FC Steaua Bucharest (Romania) for the 2015-16 season, the club announced on 06/10/2015.

The company will activate the partnership on the Steaua website, on social networks and will also be visible on the advertising boards for the matches at the Steaua stadium (28,300 seats). "Football is the essence of our product, betting on football matches is the most important source of revenue for our online service," said Alexandre Mangaud, marketing director of NetBet. The betting operator is also partnered with AS Saint-Étienne (Ligue 1), GFC Ajaccio (Ligue 1) and West Bromwich Albion FC (Premier League) for the 2015-16 season.

• FC Steaua Bucharest won its 26^th championship title in Romania during the 2014-15 season, thus becoming the most successful club in the country.
