Euro 2016: Spain-Luxembourg match draws 4 million viewers on the Spanish channel La 1

The Euro 2016 qualifying match between Spain - Luxembourg (4-0, Matchday 9 in Group C), broadcast live and exclusively in Spain by La 1, allowed the Spanish public channel to attract an average of 4,038 million viewers on Friday 09/10/2015 (kick off at 20:45 CET).

The match, played at Las Gaunas stadium (16,000 seats) in Logroñés (ESP), gained a 27.4% audience share, allowed La 1 to achieve the best performance in the Spanish prime time television market on 09/10/2015.

Leading Group C with 24 points, Spain have already earned automatic qualification for Euro 2016 finals, ahead of the the match in Ukraine, on Monday 12/10/2015 from 20:45 CET.
