Scandinavia: MTG extends its TV rights deals for the Liga BBVA, Serie A TIM and Ligue 1 until 2018

The Swedish broadcasting group MTG (Modern Times Group) has acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights, for the 2015-2018 cycle, to the Liga BBVA and Serie A TIM in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, on 13/10/2015.

MTG has also extended its agreement for the exclusive broadcasting rights to Ligue 1, in Denmark and Norway, until 2018, and acquired those exclusive rights in Sweden and Finland for the 2016-2018 period.

The rights, acquired via the British agency MP & Silva, are valid for all distribution platforms.
