2015-2018 Serie A TV rights: "Infront as a company is not facing a formal probe"

"We confirm that on Friday 09/10/2015, the prosecutor of Milan (ITA) has opened a probe against Marco Bogarelli (president of Infront Italy), Andrea Locatelli (vice-president) and Giuseppe Ciocchetti (CEO), related to an alleged contribution to undue financing practices in Italian club football and an alleged manipulation of the administrative process of the Lega Serie A media rights tender for the 2015/2016 to 2017/2018 period," stated the Swiss marketing and media rights agency Infront Sports & Media on 13/10/2015.
