Matchday 9 of the 2015-16 Premier League drew an average of 33,935 spectators per match from 17 to 19/10/2015. The average attendance of the English championship is 36,452 spectators per match after 90 matches played, for a fill rate of 96%, a number stable in relation to the 2014-15 season (36,175).

Manchester City FC - AFC Bournemouth (5-1) drew the best crowd of the matchday with 54,502 spectators at the Etihad Stadium. The match between Swansea City AFC and Stoke City FC (0-1) drew the smallest crowd, with 20,044 people at the Liberty Stadium (20,850 seats), for a fill rate of 96%.
