Sky Italia: Giovanni Ciarlariello (Google) becomes executive vice-president in charge of operations

The Italian Giovanni Ciarlariello (41 years old) has joined the Italian pay-TV group Sky Italia as executive vice-president in charge of operations and business, on 19/10/2015. His areas of responsibility cover business development, customer service, distribution, and web and digital activities.

He is under the direct leadership of Andrea Zappia, the deputy president of Sky Italia. Giovanni Ciarlariello previously worked for Google Italy, where he held the position of director of finance and technology. He previously held various positions at ING Direct, becoming vice-president of online banking, in charge of business development.
