Germany: Michael Kirchner (46 years old), appointed the new head of event organisation of the DFB

Michael Kirchner (46 years old) has been appointed the new head of event organisation of the DFB, announced the German Federation on 01/10/2015. He replaces Ernst-Peter Radziwill (66 years old), who had been an employee of the German Federation since 1980, and had held the post since July 2009. Michael Kirchner's role will be to manage the logistics, ticketing and organisation of DFB events.

Michael Kirchner had been responsible for the organisation of international games for the German men's, women's and U-21 national teams, as well as the final of the German Cup, since 2009. Working for the DFB since 01/03/2003, he was also in charge of Champions League and Europa League matches.
