Belgium: agreement signed between the City of Brussels and Anderlecht over the new national stadium

"The four parties (City of Brussels, Brussels Expo, the constructor Ghelamco and RSC Anderlecht) met and came to an agreement with respect to the direction of the Eurostadium.
