Matchday 12 of the 2015-16 Serie A TIM season drew an average of 21,087 spectators per match from 07 to 08/11/2015. The average attendance of the Italian championship is currently 22,555 fans per game this season, for a stadium fill rate of 57%.

The notable game of the matchday was the Derby della Capitale between AS Roma - SS Lazio (2-0), however the "Ultras" from both Roman teams boycotted the match due to new security measures enforced by the City of Rome limiting the number of spectators in the Curva sections (the Curva Sud is the home of the Roma Ultras, while the Curva Nord of the Stadio Olimpico is typically the visitors section) to the number of available seats -- for example, no standing in the aisles or otherwise over-crowding the section.

The attendance for the Roman derby on 08/11/2015 was 35,253. The two derby matches in 2014-15 drew 51,252 and 49,385 spectators respectively.
