Academy training: 19.7% of home-grown players in European squads, a record low (CIES)

Home-grown players represent 19.7% of the whole squads of 460 clubs operating in 31 European top flight championships, according to the monthly report for November 2015 of the CIES Football Observatory published on 10/11/2015.
