Premier League: beer brand Carlsberg extends partnership with Tottenham Hotspur until 2017-18

The Danish beer brand Carlsberg has extended its partnership with Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League) until the end of the 2017-18 season, the club announced on 12/11/2015.

Carlsberg has retained the exclusive rights for the distribution of beer at White Hart Lane (36,200 seats) as well as the Somersby cider brand, which is also owned by the Danish group. The two parties have been associated since 2004. Carlsberg is the most represented brand in the Premier League with nine clubs under contract for the 2015-16 season, including Arsenal FC and Liverpool FC.

The Danish company is also the official beer brand of the Barclays Premier League. Tottenham Hotspur made £56.2m (€79.9m) in commercial revenue during the 2013-14 season.
