UEFA: La Poste becomes the fifth national sponsor of Euro 2016

La Poste, the French postal operator, has become a national sponsor of Euro 2016, UEFA announced on 17/11/2015. La Poste will be the official supplier for postal, parcel and express delivery services.

The French public company will have the exclusive responsibility to mail the 2.5 million tickets worldwide in May 2016 through the La Poste network in France, the DPD group in Europe and the Chronopost express delivery network for the rest of the world. La Poste will also issue a set of special stamps for the event, the first with the 10 host cities of Euro 2015 on 12/12/2015, the day of the draw for the finals in Paris (FRA).

A common website of La Poste and Euro 2016 will be launched on 12/12/2015. It will provide ticket buyers in France and abroad information on schedules and delivery procedures. La Poste was previously partner of the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville (FRA) and the 1998 World Cup in France.
