Alexandra Boutelier named director of Stade de France

On the 15/05/2013, Alexandra Boutelier was appointed Managing Director of Consortium Stade de France.

Boutelier has been in charge of mergers and acquisitions at Vinci, the French concessions and construction company since 2012.

With a postgraduate degree in corporate finance from Dauphine University, she succeeds Philippe Auroy who joins the Vinci group. Alexandra Boutelier will work alongside Henry de la Monneraye, Managing Director in charge of finance and asset management. The consortium is owned 67% by Vinci and 33% by French conglomerate Bouygues.

The major challenge of the Stade de France is the renegotiation of contracts between the Consortium and the FFF (French Football Federation) and FFR (French Rugby Federation) in terms of the staging of international matches. The aim is to define a new economic model that will free them from the help of the state. In essence, under a concession contract, the Consortium Stade de France currently receives compensation from the state for lack of a resident club since 1998.
