The CFL play-offs are being broadcast on the free streaming and video sharing platform YouTube in 150 countries around the world, announced the Canadian Football League (American-style football), on 06/11/2015. Among the main audiovisual markets, only Germany and China are excluded from the agreement.

"This marks the first time in North America that a professional major sports league will live-stream its play-off games, including its championship game, for free via YouTube," said the CFL. The conference semi-finals were played on 15/11/2015, with the finals scheduled on 22/11/2015, while the Grey Cup, the final of the CFL, will take place on Sunday, 29/11/2015 at Investors Group Field (33,500 seats) in Winnipeg (Manitoba, CAN).

The initiative is aimed first and foremost at Canadian expatriates and Canadian troops stationed abroad, however it also aims to increase the visibility and popularity of the CFL abroad.
